For the theme. I know this may not exactly strike your mind as an "emperor" but to me it does. And I kinda want to take the theme and make it more "urban" or "pop culture" of sorts, instead of the old thinking, ya know? Anyways...hopefully it looks good to you guys. xD Those are supposed to look like hyena ears by the way. I'll have to add his tail later.
